We have worked hard in the last year to improve our prices to offer the best selection at a great price while making sure that our customer service remains top notch. With our unsurpassed product selection, easy-to find navigation, fast shipping, great customer service, great prices and now our price match functionality, there is no reason to shop anywhere else.

When you are in a product description on our website, below the price information of a product, you will see the Start Price Match Option:

Then when you click to start a price match, you will obtain a window where you can enter your price match information:

In this window, you must enter the competitor’s product link and price. You may also write comments for our pricing team who will review your price match request.
Once you have entered the required information, you may add the desired product to your cart:

You will then get a message that your price match request has been saved:

You can go to your shopping cart at this time or check out. If you go to your shopping cart you will see your item with a price match request which can be modified at any time before checkout. You will also see the other products that you have in your cart that also have the possibility of being price matched via the “Click here to price match this product” link in yellow:

Once your price match requests have been completed, you may check out as you would normally when placing an order with RobotShop.
We will verify all price match requests within 24 hours. Assuming that your price match is approved, you will be charged for the matched price instead of the original price and we will ship your order promptly. A customer service representative will contact you only for any Price Match rejections. We will at that time suggest our best price which you can approve or not at your convenience. While we make every attempt to match a competitor’s price when a price match is requested, in some rare cases we cannot match competitor’s prices.

Don’t forget to combine purchases in order to obtain free shipping in North America for orders over $75. For Europe, we also offer free shipping over 200€ in France and 200£ for the UK.
